AIC Diesel Flowmeter - Better than 99.5% accurate
Btrack has been the sole distributor for the UK and Ireland of the full range of the Swiss-made diesel flowmeter from AIC Systems AG in Basel, Switzerland since 2004.

Not only is the AIC Flowmeters one of the most accurate fuel recording device on the market, all systems have been tested and certified to have a very high protection rating of IP67 (IP - Ingress Protection Rating). Even in harsh conditions AIC flow meters always maintain a stable fuel consumption measurement with an error of less than +/-1%
The AIC flow meters are used all over the world on all types of machines; boats, buses, trains, HGV, LGV, tractors, diggers, generators etc.

Below is the range of flow meters on the market today.
AIC - 1200 series:
Fuel meter for temporary or permanent mount, where room under the hood is limited. Can be mounted in any position. Available for engines up to 220kW (200 or 2000ppl) for Diesel, Gasoline, Bio-fuel, as well as Gas engines LPG (gas must be in liquid state, not gaseous).
AIC 1204 LC 200 : 200ppl for engines up to 300 HP or 80 l/h
AIC 1204 HR 2000 : for engines up to 300 HP or 80 l/h.
AIC - 900 Series:
Fuel meter for permanent mount on vehicle. Can be only mounted in vertical position. Designed to withstand rough environment, this instrument is made for any type of fleet management, of commercial vehicles, off-road machines, generators, locomotives, boats, etc. Can be used without modification for bio fuel.
AIC 904 : 200ppl for engines up to 300 HP or 80 l/h.
AIC 908 : 80ppl for engines up to 700 HP or 200 l/h.
AIC 908S : 80ppl for engines up to 900 HP or 240 l/h.
AIC 915 : 167ppl for engines up to 2200 HP or 600 l/h
AIC 920 : 56ppl for engines up to 5500 HP or 1500 l/h.
AIC 888 Series:
Fuel meter for short time testing on vehicles. Can be mounted in any position. Rapid coupling on the return line allows fast degasing phases. Internal filter for clean measurement.
AIC 885 Instructor : Brass free instrument 3540ppl for engines up to 300 HP or 80 l/h *accuarcy +/-2.0%
AIC 888 Instructor : 804ppl for engines up to 700 HP or 200 l/h.
AIC 400 serries:
Similar meter to the AIC 900 series, but this meter offers more pulses (high rate) for finer statistical data logging. Compared to the AIC 900 this unit is intergrating a non return valve.Designed to withstand rough environment.
AIC 4004 : 2000ppl for engines up to 300 HP or 80 l/h.
AIC 4008 : 804ppl for engines up to 700 HP or 200 l/h.
AIC 4008s : 804ppl for engines up to 900 HP or 240 l/h.
AIC 4015 : 833ppl for engines up to 2200 HP or 600 l/h.
AIC 4020 : 278ppl for engines up to 5500 HP or 1500 l/h.
AIC 6000 series:
Specially designed for mobile testing or vehicle test bench applications. This unit integrates a circulation fuel pump and a heat exchanger for a perfect fuel conditioning. The use of stainless steel for housing and body parts ensure a lasting product.
AIC 6004 Swissline Uni flow Master :
2000 ppl for engines up to 700 HP or 120 l/h max.
AIC 6008 Swissline Uni Flow Master :
804 ppl for engines up to 1000 HP or 240 l/h max.
Double sensor solution, series arrangement
AIC 6044 Swissline Twin Flow Master :
2 x 2000 ppl measuring cell for engines up to 700 HP or 120 l/h max.
AIC 6088 Swissline Twin Flow Master :
2 x 804 ppl measuring cell for engines up to 1000 HP or 240 l/h max.
AIC 3034 Dashboard Display
All the above AIC flowmeters can be used as a stand alone flowmeter generating square wave pulses that can be recorded by Btrack Bluebox or other supplier telematic units.
These flowmeters can be used with the on-board dash display like the AIC 3034 unit and therefore can be used independently of any telematic units. The AIC 3034 can record speed and fuel pulses ranging from 1-99 minutes interval. The recorded data can then be uploaded onto a USB stick for further analysis and reporting using Btrack bespoke PC software.
